Planning a corporate event? Whether you want to celebrate or concentrate, schedule your next corporate meeting, event or retreat at Pelican's Landing and Cedar Mills Marina and Resort. Our resort, on the shores of Lake Texoma, provide distraction-free conference facilities. It can be a serious setting for team building and brain storming or a festive atmosphere for retirement and holiday parties. <\/font><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We are conveniently located just a little over an hour north of the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex and two hours south of Oklahoma City on the west end of Lake Texoma just off Hwy 377. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We offer two locations for corporate events, the Lakeside Room at Pelican's Landing Restaurant or the Lodge Special Event Center. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Lakeside Room is a spacious 1600 sq. ft. room with a vaulted ceiling and wood beams. It features large picture windows and French doors that open unto a wide, private covered deck, all with wonderful lake views. It will seat over 100 people for a meeting, luncheon or dinner.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Lodge Special Event Center is a spacious building with large wood beams, a stone fireplace and it overlooks Lake Texoma. It is tucked away in a natural setting making it a quiet, distraction free spot for meeting, planning or business development. The Lodge features seating for 50 banquet style and more theater style as well as picnic tables for 40 on the patio. There is a large barbeque grill in addition to a full kitchen plus a large lawn and shade trees.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We offer a wide range of audio\/visual equipment that you may need for a successfull meeting.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Great food is important and the staff at Pelican's Landing will work with you to meet your group's individual needs. They can do everything from snacks to luncheons and large dinners.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Cedar Mills Resort has deluxe cabins and cottages that will sleep a minimum of 38 people plus a wide range of facilities. Cedar Mills is also a full service marina with boat launching, slips and service if needed. If your group wants to catch that big one, fishing guides are available. Cedar Mills also features great grounds and a nature trail for walking.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
